Throughout your study, you must understand your obligations under the Copyright Act (1968).
You may reproduce written sources for your study if they comprise:
- Not more than ten percent of the total number of pages of a book, or one chapter if the book consists of chapters
- One article from a journal, or more than one if the articles are on the same subject
- Up to ten percent of the total number of words of a work published in electronic form.
Anything you create for MHE must uphold copyright and all moral rights. You may seek clarification from lecturers, tutors or the librarian.
