Agents
MHE gratefully acknowledges the contribution made by education agents to both prospective students and to the Australian Higher Education industry. Agents are often the first contact between prospective students and higher education providers and give international students invaluable assistance in their transition to Australian society and student life. Accordingly, MHE maintains relationships with reputable agents who take time to understand students’ needs, Australian law and the higher education system. MHE takes seriously its legal obligation to monitor agents’ ethical and professional standards.
