Board of Directors
Exercises competent governance oversight of and is ultimately responsible and accountable for all MHE’s operations in or from Australia, including accountability for the conferral of higher education qualifications and compliance with all required regulatory legislation and requirements appropriate for a Higher Education Provider and sets overall strategic directions and the framework of policies and procedures, and is ultimately responsible for both corporate and academic outcomes.

Course Advisory Committee Members:
Provides advice on the development of new courses and reviews of existing courses. It will also provide advice on new course accreditation and re-accreditation of existing courses. The CAC includes external membership drawn from the relevant discipline areas of higher education, the professions and industry to assure the quality and relevance of the course.

Academic Board Members:
