Agent’s Role and Responsibilities
The Agent must:
(Will show Agent’s Trading name, Country, Principal Agent’s name, Email address, business address and business phone. Agents to be sorted first by country, then by trading name. )
- Promote MHE and its course in the Territory
- Recruit and assist in the recruitment of prospective students to undertake courses in accordance with the current policies and procedures of MHE
- Furnish Prospective Students with any necessary information required under the ESOS Act and The National Code including information about the courses, facilities and services of the institute and assist them in completing forms or applications and submitting these to MHE
- Ensure that relevant fees and charges and supporting documentation accompany each application and acceptance of offer documents
- Guarantee the payment of Course Fees by Prospective Students is carried out in good time throughout the students’ course of study
- Provide an official notice in writing (only original company letterhead is accepted) to declare measures on how to avoid conflicts of interest in its business dealings with MHE
- Ensure the appropriate measures of confidentiality and transparency in its dealings with international students or intending overseas students by via of documenting correspondence in writing as evidence to be edited into the Log of the Agent
- Perform any other services and provide any reports or information requested by MHE or required by this Agreement
- Arrange for English language testing of prospective students under the relevant Australian migration regulations
- Comply with the National Code 2018 Standards 4 and 7 requirements sufficiently.
